Kathy Weithman

We serve Charlotte County, Southern Sarasota County and DeSoto County in Southwest Florida. Kathy brings over 20 years of real estate experience to her clients. She has a BGS from the University of Missouri and is a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute). She is a valuation expert, having completed 1,000+ BPOs, an expert of REOs, and is a listing broker for HUD. Affiliations include: Member of the Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte-North Port-DeSoto Association of Realtors, Member of My Florida Regional MLS, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors. Kathy has served on a variety of Realtor committees, including grievance and professional standards. Designations include: MCNE, CRS, GRI, CFA, CSSA, e-Pro, SRES, CMOE. Kathy approaches each transaction individually, like a puzzle to be solved and takes pride in successful closings when all parties are satisfied with the end result. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys antiquing, bicycle riding, shelling and exploring the animals and plants of sunny SW Florida.
