About Me
When you select a Realtor®, it is important that you feel comfortable with that person, know that they will provide you with professional service, and that you will enjoy working with them. Also know that I am your Negotiator!
I was born and raised in Loveland, Colorado. Before owning At Home Real Estate Co., I worked at a small independent firm as well as a large northern Colorado firm. Prior to real estate, I worked at Hewlett Packard for more than 30 years as an Engineer and as a Manager. I have three daughters. The oldest, Valerie, works in insurance in Greeley, Amy Christine works as a flight attendant with Frontier Airlines, and Sarah, the youngest, works for the State of Colorado.
I have a BS Degree from Colorado State University in Mechanical Engineering.
I received my Colorado real estate license in 2002. In 2010, 2011 & 2013, I was voted Best Real Estate Agent by the Reporter Herald’s Reader’s Choice. 2014 Realtor of the Year Loveland-Berthoud Association of Realtors. I also received my SRES designation
My community involvement has been with our church, President of our Homeowners Association for 8 years, Treasurer of the Loveland-Berthoud Association of Realtors Board of Directors 2003-2006, 2nd Vice President 2011-2012, President Elect 2012-2013, President 2013-2014, and finally volunteering at Habitat for Humanity. In my spare time I enjoy church mission trips, classic Mustangs, cooking, and playing golf.
My success depends on you. Building a personal relationship along with my professional performance will make your home buying/selling experience a pleasurable one. I take pride on making sure that all my client’s needs are met and that they can put their trust in me.
