Cancellation and Returns Policy

  1. Cancellation Terms:
    • Either party can terminate the Agreement with a 30-day written notice after 6 months of active payments, as defined in Schedule A.
    • Termination before completing 6 months of active payments is not permitted.
  2. Non-Refundable Access to Trade Secrets:
    • Due to the inclusion of trade secrets in the services, once these have been accessed by the Company, refunds cannot be issued.
    • For scenarios not involving trade secrets, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by The Negotiators, LLC.
  3. General Refund Policy:
    • After 6 months of active payments, no refunds will be provided for any payments already made upon termination.
    • There are no prorated refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.
  4. Handling Invoice Disputes:
    • If the Company disputes an invoiced amount, they must provide written notice of the dispute promptly.
    • The Company and The Negotiators, LLC will engage in good faith negotiations to resolve any billing disputes. Proven billing errors will be adjusted with a credit note, and the valid amount due remains payable upon receipt.
  5. Automatic Termination and Renewal:
    • The Agreement automatically terminates at the end of the 1-year term unless renewed by the Company signing a new contract.
    • Failure to renew will result in the automatic cessation of services and access to The Negotiators, LLC resources.
  6. Consequences of Early Termination:
    • Early termination results in the forfeiture of any remaining membership term.
    • The Negotiators, LLC will remove all Company-related materials from its distribution channels upon termination.
  7. Post-Termination Obligations:
    • All rights granted under the Agreement cease immediately upon termination.
    • The Company must immediately discontinue the use of and remove all references to The Negotiators’ branding and intellectual property.
  8. Policy Amendments:
    • The Negotiators, LLC may amend these terms at any time, with changes communicated in writing.
    • The Company must comply with the amendments within 7 calendar days of the notification or may choose to terminate the Agreement.
